      The easiest way to remove it is get either a really long Ratcheting and an extension socket that’s a little longer and that will give you leverage to get it loose. For some reason when you use the standard shorter ratcheting tools it does not loosen easily. Hope that helps.

    I own a 2012 Corolla LE model with 172k on it. My good friend is a ASE Master Technician at a Toyota dealership and he is the only one I trust to work on my car. He says that Toyota OEM (Denso) iridium tip plugs last 120k miles. Earliest he recommends changing them is at 100k, though he says this is overkill. I know it's your money and time, however, you might want to consider going 100k miles before changing them.

    • @JohnathansWorld
      @JohnathansWorld 2 місяці тому

      I did that on another Toyota I owned at 100k and the spark plugs were not in good condition, I would recommend changing them at half that interval to keep the engine running at top notch.

In my Hi Lux, pop the bonnet and there is a spin on oil filter lookin' straight at ya, at the top of the motor. This underneath cartridge business... geeez. Great video all the same, cheers for the upload.

    I have read conflicting statements regarding running the roller, but you confirmed it. You ran it before and after the level the sod. The other argument has been that you do not want to compact the soil before laying the sod so that the roots go through the soil.

    • @JohnathansWorld
      @JohnathansWorld 2 місяці тому

      its true, I think I went overkill on the roller, I would say only go over it a couple times so the ground does not compact too much.

    Every other video I’ve watched says the arrow for air flow should be pointing up & when I took my old one out the arrow was pointing up. So which way is it really supposed to go in?

    • @JohnathansWorld
      @JohnathansWorld 3 місяці тому

      Yea it confuses me a little bit, because the arrow on the removable cover says up and the manual says to install it with airflow up. You can follow the manual instruction and put it in with the arrow up. But I think it should be pointed downward because airflow comes in from the top.

    • @JohnathansWorld
      @JohnathansWorld 3 місяці тому

      Hi there, what I would recommend depending on the car you have, you can go to your local Autozone or O’reilys shop, borrow their OBD scan tool to plug in your car, run the test to see what is causing the check engine light, then go from there. It’s possible it’s not the sensor or the sensor may have gone bad.

    Great video man. Do you use a 50 foot hose? If so what hose are you using? Any surging at all?

    • @JohnathansWorld
      @JohnathansWorld 4 місяці тому

      Thanks for watching :) yea, I actually have 2 hoses, I have the UBERFLEX 50 foot hose and the Veloci Cobrajet 50 foot hose. So far, I only experienced surging a few times but what I like to do first is turn the water on, press the trigger on the pressure gun to get all the air out until water runs through, then flip the power switch on the pressure washer. When I do that, I don’t experience any surging. If you are getting surging still, let ACTIVE know, they have 2 year warranties on them.

    No difference in oil brand, can use fram or Walmart brand. The same ingredients. Gimmicks companies use to trick you into paying more. Scotty kilmer pointed it out and looked up ingredients. DONT waste money on dumb expensive oil that claims there's is better. Unless you like wasting money. Please add oil between changes. 5k-15k miles for oil change may not be the case. If the oil is black, change it. My last Yota I got over 450k miles on before I traded it in. Was 1997 solara. Yota is the best, they are tanks

    • @JohnathansWorld
      @JohnathansWorld 3 місяці тому

      I found that Scotty guy to not be so reliable. I have been using Mobil 1 oil since 2010 on my Corolla and after looking down in my engine with a tiny little camera where I pour the oil, all the parts I could see still look amazing. So why would I change and take a chance with another brand when I am using something that works well? I get great gas mileage, do not have any engine gunk build up and my car still runs great after nearly 200k miles.

    watched you video and loved it I learned a lot. Just wanted to ask you questions in regards to prepping the sub-soil here in Oklahoma. I am going to lay Fescue sod but am really concerned about the clay that is probably the majority of yard. I plan on tilling and removing about 4 inches of the soil but don't really know what to do next. I thought some sand would be a good sub-soil but just don't know. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jake

    • @JohnathansWorld
      @JohnathansWorld 3 місяці тому

      Hi there, sorry for the delay, what would the reason be for removing 4 inches of soil after tilling it? I would just rototill the soils to help loosen the dirt up so it is not compacted down preventing the new sod roots from penetrating down into the soil. If you have clay like soil, I would tell you to spread Gypsum powder to help loosen the soil giving the roots a chance to get down into the soil. Make sure when you use a roller, do not go over the soil to many times as that will compact the soil down too much.

    • @jmercado4
      @jmercado4 3 місяці тому

      @@JohnathansWorld Thanks for your response I would like to add good fresh top soil that is the reason I would like to remove some of the clay like soil. I will also add Gypsum powder prior to adding the Gypsum to the clay soil as described. Jake.
